If you have registered then you can make your application. Make a topic in the applications category. The info you should post is:

PSN online name/ID
Games you are currently playing
Your CoD4 status: Kill/Death ratio, time played and so forth.

If your CoD4 status is poor you dont have a very good chance of getting in but I will see how play and give you a chance. If you dont play CoD4 you have a much worse chance of getting in but I, or Dwarfery may be able to test you in another game
